You will also need to invest in additional items to get started.
These usually include:

Telephone/broadband installation and mobile phone + text services
Local Authority special treatment licence
Suitable budget for the refurbishment of premises
Legal and planning fees
Lease premium fee
SDLT (Stamp Duty and Land Tax) if applicable
Working capital requirement as set out in your personalised business plan
Costs relating to premises and items of equipment that are not included in the package (see below)

Clinic and other costs

You will also need to find the cost of setting up and fitting out your clinic. Costs vary – the specific amount will depend on the size of the premises.
These costs include items such as equipment, clinic furniture, fit-out, and the legal/accounting fees required to set up your business.

The total (estimated) costs of the franchise and clinic set up total around £220,000.

That does not mean you have to pay the total investment in one payment. We can introduce you to banks and franchise funding specialists which may lend part of the total investment to franchisees who qualify.
