Hi! I’m Manroop and want to help you to become a successful aesthetic clinic owner.
Like you I always wanted to open an aesthetics clinic, but I was working in an accountancy practice, doing administration, human resources, payroll and credit control. Determined to pursue my ambition I trained as a beauty therapist while raising my children and opened my first beauty clinic back in 2005.
I soon realised that there was a gap in the market for affordable aesthetic and laser treatments, so I devised and implemented a plan to introduce new treatments such as laser hair removal. The business thrived, and I wanted to expand it further, so with the assistance of my husband Surinder, we opened three more clinics of our own. Then we realised that we could expand even further with franchising – so the CoLaz franchise was born!
To make sure our franchised clinic offering is the best it can be I qualified as a nurse and have trained in the latest aesthetic treatments. It means I understand not just how to deliver them but also how they work. The treatments that our franchisees offer today include anti-wrinkle injections, fillers, PRP, fat dissolving injections, vampire facelifts, vampire facials, vampire breast lifts and many more, as we adopt the latest in aesthetic treatment technology and methods.
I also believe that our franchisees and their staff will benefit from additional support with taking ongoing training qualifications, so I’ve worked to get teaching, assessor’s and internal quality assurance qualifications.
These equipped me and my husband Surinder to open our Beaulaz Training School that delivers continuous professional development qualifications and VTCT recognised NVQs in Beauty.
I’m always working towards getting more qualifications so I can assist our franchisees further.
